Quantity Surveyor
BBS Build Solutions is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to assist with Bills of Quantities (BOQs) as needed. We prefer candidates with experience working with Tier 1,2 or 3 builders and subcontractors in the Australian market.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proficiency in producing BOQs that require minimal adjustments
- Proficient in Cubit software
Cost Estimator
BBS Build Solutions is seeking a Cost Estimator with experience in custom building. The ideal candidate will be proficient in reading plans and providing detailed estimations for various trades.
Key responsibilities include:
- Producing accurate timber cutting lists
- Conducting detailed estimations across multiple trades
- Performing quotes vetting
- With a particular focus on carpentry and timber-related projects
